DELIVERY

All our jewelry is handmade to order. For this reason we cannot provide exact shipping dates. Please allow a 1-5 week window for your delivery. If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date we will do our best to accommodate your request and please include your instructions in the order notes or in an email to aloha@the-sentimentalist.com.  

If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.

 

INTERNATIONAL

The customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email aloha@the-sentimentalist.com and we will do our best to help you with the issue.

Please kindly note that we cannot accommodate resizing requests for international customers.

 

REPAIRS

If a piece gets damaged and you need a repair email aloha@the-sentimentalist.com to inquire about your specific case.

If you would like your ring sized up or down there a fee does apply. Please email aloha@the-sentimentalist.com to inquire further information on resizing. In all cases customer is to pay shipping. Repairs/sizing may take 1-3 weeks.
